I was an inpatient, diagnosed with acute, severe pancreatitis. I went from the ER to Med4 and then to Med3 where I remained for the rest of my hospital stay. Karen was not only kind and caring but knowledgeable. She knew the answer to every question I asked and if she did not know the status of the test she found out immediately and reported back to me. She always went above and beyond the call of duty. She is an extreme asset to the hospital and "my angel". I am blessed to have met her.
