In a stressful environment, it can be difficult to stay compassionate and professional all the time. Tricia strives for this every day, always putting the patient first displaying a realistic and positive attitude, assisting other nurses, and communicating in a professional manner. Her thirst for knowledge is unending, staying up to date, and always willing to share with other team members. Tricia is a patient advocate and a nursing advocate. She takes time to listen and offer advice in an appropriate and non-judgmental fashion. She is accountable for her actions. She is able to incorporate the facility and clinical rules and regulations, taking charge when necessary and bringing solutions to the table. Tricia is a pleasure to work with and I feel she is a great asset to this organization.
