I have no medical background but have worked with the press. I'm used to acquiring information. Not everyone is good at providing it even when they are well educated in their field. That's not Gene's problem. He's clear, concise and gives you enough information without overwhelming you or talking down to you. He doesn't act defensively if you ask a question. In fact, he volunteers it so you won't feel left out. If only I had experienced more "Gene" types along the way in life! Congrats on hiring him.
