She helped my husband move so gently. Krys was so kind and patient.
I'm on day #18 in the hospital, with another two weeks until complete health. I've got two stories about Ms. Krystilia.
I needed to call my bank to do some banking. I could have taken care of my problem with my debit card, I thought. I was very confused with the automated operator. Things were not going smoothly and Ms. Krystilia asked me, "Can I help you?" I handed her the phone. She got me to the place where I could talk to a live operator/banker where I was able to take care of my needs.
My other dilemma was that my mustache hair was growing/curling in my mouth. I did not trim it for some time. Every time I smacked my lips together to eat, I also was biting hairs from my upper lip. I asked two other nurses on different days if I could use a pair of scissors. One questioned my competence and the other told me, "Later on," but later on never came. When I asked Ms. Krystilia she told me, "I will see what I can do." I never had to ask her twice. Later that day, she brought me a small kit that contained small scissors and tweezers. She even laughed with me. I thought, "How sweet with love do some people come?..."

My husband was in a motorcycle accident. That is how we met Krys. He had multiple broken bones and, needless to say, he was in a lot of pain. She helped my husband move so gently. Krys was so kind and patient. We were in the ER all day, finally got to the room late. I guess Krys could see how upset I was and she asked me if I had eaten that day. When I told her no, she then brought me an awesome turkey sandwich and some chips. I know she paid at least for the chips and would not let me pay her back. We have never been treated so well. We never had to call her because she would check on him and give him his medicine on time. It was such a great relief to have such a caring nurse. I do have to say, every single person who we encountered was absolutely great - a 5-star hospital! Thank you for everything. Krys, please know how valuable you are to us.
