On the days Bridget is my nurse, my depression lifts and my mood soars. She is knowledgeable and conveys this knowledge extremely well, which lets me make sense of having a 28-day confinement here for leukemia in a way no one else has been able to do.
She makes me laugh when I am feeling awful. She is so attentive to what might make me feel better. Her extensive knowledge and communication skills have changed everything for me here. Her positive attitude is contagious and has, I feel, accelerated my healing.
She has calmed my fears and anxieties; been a partner in this difficult journey. I could not have asked for more!
