Serena provided excellent care to my cousin. She worked with the palliative nurse practitioner to take my cousin outside to get fresh air. Serena has shown great compassion while caring for my cousin. She was very attentive when my cousin made the decision to go into hospice care. Serena was very patient with the family and provided updates and any information the family requested. Her warm personality was a breath of fresh air in a very difficult time.
