Mona is a very caring and hardworking nurse. She has excellent assessment as well as interpersonal skills. Mona is known for being excessively meticulous while performing her daily physical assessment. At two instances she was the one who identified serious medical problems like lung edema and herpes zoster. Mona is considered as a resource person for her colleagues, she is a senior RN with more than twenty years of experience in addition to having excellent interpersonal skills. Even the medical doctors who rotate on her unit refer to Mona for clarifications and to consult with her on how facilitate the flow of patient required care.
