Mrs. Verónica, or "Aunt Vero" as we always say, has been very close to us while taking care of our son. When she is with our son, she takes care of him with great affection, she is very kind always, she makes us a part of the caregiving. She has experience and wisdom. She is very cheerful and her joy permeates the days she is here. She is very professional and very affectionate, she gives us a sense of calm and security when she is with our son.
She has helped us and taught us how to be parents. She involves us, teaches us, always helps us with a smile and with the feeling that everything is fine.
