Colette cared for my husband on numerous shifts during his 20 days on 4D. She demonstrated an excellent working knowledge of his various and serious co-morbidities. When my 2 daughters and I wanted an update, she was very patient with all of our questions and became good at matching the depth of her responses to our level of questioning. He experienced chronic pain and was anxious, often grumpy and demanding but she found patience, compassion and invested in him despite these challenges. Strong patient advocacy instilled our trust and confidence in her good care and reassuring his return home. Thank you Colette and all of the 4D staff.

As a physician I have never seen such competency in a nursing team. Colette, as the head of my husband's team, went above and beyond to assure we were apprised of every aspect of his care. Her expertise is quite impressive. Anything I questioned her about, she had the answer or explanation for me. Many times she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during this very stressful time.
