Jennifer is so caring and nice to her patients. We recently had a patient that would benefit from using a new method and product. She helped me with an induction and helped to teach me and the patient about the new tech, a new procedure, and product. The patient was much better because of this technique. She is an amazing nurse. I have learned so much from her, she cares a great deal for her patients.
Jennifer recently cared for a woman who was expecting twins, and both parents sent letters to express their gratitude. They described the warm welcome they received and how she immediately made them feel comfortable. The yoga moves she showed them were greatly appreciated to assist with labor. The next day she came back to see the babies and talk about their birth experience. They both commented that they will never forget her kindness and the care she gave. She always meets the patients' needs and works very hard to give every family the birth experience they desire.
Jennifer has excellent clinical skills and her approach to care is evidence based. She was recently involved in developing and educating the staff on the new hemorrhage protocol and cart. She followed the CMQCC guidelines and created an education poster. She has oriented new hires and works on the schedule for the department.
