Our 2-month-old daughter was admitted with viral meningitis. We are from Switzerland and this was the first time in the hospital for us. It was scary, we didn't know what to expect and how to help our daughter. Kim was so kind and warm; she was patient even when taking vitals. She explained results to us and what it meant for further testing. At 3 am she came in to take vitals and then even sat with our daughter, fed her, burped her, cuddled her, swaddled her and put her back to bed calmly so that my husband and I could sleep a few hours. Even though it was a poor start to our vacation here in Daytona, Kim made it bearable and even gave us a sense of peace and security while in the hospital for the first time with our first child. Thank you Kim for loving her as much as we do.
