My mom was admitted for a bowel obstruction. She was ill at home for seven days and did not come in sooner because of a terrible experience she had almost twelve years ago while hospitalized. Becky was her first nurse during her admission and was in the room waiting for us to arrive with a smile on her face. She immediately put my mom at ease. Becky explained everything so clearly in a way my mom could understand. She never seemed rushed or too busy to answer a question or call the doctor to get and order. During the three days she was here, Becky frequently came in to check on her to see if she needed anything even though she was not her assigned nurse. She is so special, caring, kind, and professional! Kaiser is so lucky to have her and she made my mom's stay as pleasant as it could be. Thank you!
