Kyle is always jovial, friendly, and respectful. I always feel relaxed and at ease around him. He knows all the rules and regulations of the hospital, especially those regarding patient care and safety. He understands his job from the inside out. He knows what needs to be done without being asked. In other words, "he gets it". When he walks into the room, he sees everything that needs to be done and he does it. He knows exactly which medications I'm taking and when. I never have to remind him when my medications are due. When he gives me an injection, I never even feel it. His nursing skills are top notch. Kyle shows he cares by consistently giving his all. Every time he is assigned to me, it's a great day! He's a tremendous asset to this hospital.
