Ron took very good care of N in the ICU. He was in critical condition and we were worried. Ron took the time to explain things and when N was agitated he calmed him compassionately.
He interacted with everyone in the room; we knew who was in charge. Ron was very kind, compassionate, and funny. It was a pleasure being around him and he made sure N was cared for. We appreciate the way he kept talking to N. Thank you!
