Keisha is straight forward. I was upset and was ready to leave the hospital and was trying to pull out my IV. Keisha knew this wasn't the right thing for me. She sat on the bed with me and said some of the most comforting words I have ever heard. She convinced me to stay. Anytime I needed her, she was in my room within minutes, sometimes seconds. She always had a smile on her face and she seemed happy to attend to my needs. It is evident that Keisha has respect for people and her job. When someone else asked for help, she would jump up with a smile on her face and go to help. She is the definition of a nurse! I have never had a nurse like her before and I've been hospitalized quite a bit. I want to thank her for making me feel like a human being instead of just another patient. God bless her.

Keisha is a compassionate nurse with a feisty flair. This endears her to her patients; they love her which is obvious from the number of compliments she receives from her patients. She is a team player and go getter that goes beyond to help meet the needs of the floor. We are fortunate to have her here on the Ortho/Spine unit.
