Nhim' was nominated by a family member of one of his patients, who wrote:
My brother is in ICU. Nurse Nhim has treated me and my brother great. Nhim is very sweet and trustworthy. I feel very comfortable having him as my brother's nurse. Nhim has kept me informed with everything concerning my brother. I appreciate all the hard work he has done for my brother, even on the days that Nhim wasn't taking care of my brother, he still would stop by to say hello and check on my brother. Nhim has been a great nurse for the ICU. He shows how much he really cares for the patient.
