Taylor has gone above and beyond to care for a frequent patient that comes to the hospital for surgery and procedures. This patient was a trauma patient and afraid of the hospital after coming in multiple times for revisions. In order to provide continuity of care, Taylor would request to take care of this patient each and every time to lower stress and to decrease changes in care. Taylor changed her schedule numerous times and came in on her days off to care for this patient. She drew a picture for the patient and made it into a Minecraft character, gaining this patient's trust. For her extra care and dedication to this patient and every patient she cares for, Taylor is a DAISY Nurse!
