She is always busy doing something to help others. She comes to work early and leaves late. She is proactive and involved in the care of each patient in the Cath Lab. Louise exemplifies extraordinary compassion and sensitivity toward others. She instills faith and hope and a continued commitment to excellence.
I enjoy watching Louise as she interacts with each patient she encounters. She treats them as though they are one her family members. She carefully explains the procedure to each patient and family member. She not only focuses on the patient's physical needs, she also provides emotional and spiritual needs within her patient care. Her presence brings a sense of peace and calmness to the patients, families and team members.
