Cally always had a smile and an encouraging word for my elderly mother. She was professional, offering solid explanations of the medications, yet down to earth, sharing her heart on caring about Mother and the pain she was experiencing from broken ribs. She made extra trips to the end of the hall with ice water, and answers to questions, always pleasant and ready to research any concern. We are grateful to have had Cally care for Mother on 2 of her 3 day stay. Thank you for your heart for service; it shows!

A patient can very quickly and easily tell the difference between a good nurse and an excellent nurse. Cally is an excellent nurse. She constantly checked in with me at least every 30 minutes. She cares about the whole patient as evident by the fact that she joked with us, hugged my family and always smiled and was pleasant. Even when she was not my nurse, she would check on me which she did not have to do. She would never leave the room until she made sure everything was to my satisfaction and comfort. This is the difference between and good nurse and an excellent nurse.

Cally came every time I called. She had to clean some dirty things more than once. She was always willing and able to do whatever I needed. She was so sweet. Cally treated me like family.
