Antoinette is always looking out for others no matter who it might be- patients, staff or visitors. She always has a warm and caring smile for everyone. Antoinette is a very positive leader who wants the best for both her staff and patients on her unit. She advocates for both all the time. She is extremely proactive with critical thinking and problem solving, she constantly thinks outside the box to create the best outcome. Antoinette is the essence of a team player! She always has a positive attitude, is very upbeat and great at lifting the spirits of everyone she comes in contact with. She always wants to praise her staff and celebrate a job well done, which is why I would like to take this opportunity to praise her. I can honestly say she is one of the best bosses I have had in the past 25 years. She makes me want to come to work every day and assist her with her job. Antoinette is a wonderful mentor to all of us.
