My husband was very nervous about being in the hospital. Ms. LaToya was beyond compassionate. She eased his worries. She was wonderful. The beautiful bedside manner with my husband was refreshing. She treated him so well, listening to what he said, she was very attentive. LaToya went above and beyond easing my husband's fears. My husband had been here for several hours and it was dinner time, he had not received his meal. LaToya went out of her way to get him a meal. He was still hungry after that and she remembered my husband joked about wanting a burger. LaToya had the dining faculty bring him up a burger. It is apparent that LaToya is a wonderful, loving person who cares for her patients and family. She definitely embodies the PETALS. You have not only an excellent nurse in LaToya but a wonderful selfless, compassionate, and loving person. We want to thank her for being a nurse but most of all, for caring.
