There is not one specific situation that makes Stephanie an extraordinary nurse, there have been many things that she has done and continues to do that make her a DAISY Nurse. Stephanie has an amazing knowledge of all of the Specialty Clinics, she has helped put together float pool manuals for all Specialty departments, which benefits the clinics and the floats. Due to her expertise in Allergy, she recently oriented a new Allergy nurse, I was impressed with how good of a teacher she is, she was patient, and explained what she was doing and why. I have only heard positive things about her from other nurses and doctors. Stephanie is very reliable and trustworthy, she is a major asset to Kaiser Permanente.
