Trudy is "an angel here on earth". I had surgery recently and was very nervous as it had been many years since I had a procedure. Everything turned out well. I was discharged with a catheter and a bag. I was very nervous and apprehensive about learning how to do this so this very nice nurse put the bag on for me. She then took me out to the car and as we talked I told her where I lived and she told me that she lived not too far from me and that if I ever needed anything to please call her and she gave me her number. I got home and I caught my foot on my catheter and pulled it out. I didn't know what to do but then remembered that the nurse had given me her number. I called her and she came right over. She looked in my stuff from the hospital and said that there was supposed to be 2 catheter bags, but there wasn't so she said, "I'll be right back". She drove all the way back to the hospital and came back to my house, showed me how to attach it and put it back on me. She was there with me for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I don't know what I would have done without her. She truly is an angel. She did make me promise to call the doctor the next day to let her know what had happened. I did go in and see Dr. M. Trudy is one of a kind and went above and beyond. She didn't think so, but I sure did!
