Despite having limited resources on a Sunday, Zachary took it upon himself to facilitate the transportation of this patient to the front lobby where he got a breath of fresh air for the first time in 45 days. Due to the level of care that is needed with this patient population in the ICU, it is difficult to coordinate this type of activity, but this did not stop Zachary. He was able to successfully get the patient outside with teamwork and dedication. This action was a positive impact shown by the happy smile and tears that were shed by the patient. Zachary always goes above and beyond for his patients. He always finds a way to improve the level of care for the patients no matter what resources or help he is provided with.
