Kelsie was nominated by multiple members of the emergency department. She was nominated by her peers, the physicians and the leadership team for being a wonderful addition to the ED leadership team. Kelsie has moved to our full-time day shift charge nurse and is always helping and stepping up when needed. Her bright attitude and wealth of knowledge help everyone in the ED including staff, patients and family members. We all know the day is going to be great when Kelsie is there.
