Ruth is very hardworking. She is always at hand to help; very intelligent and knowledgeable as a charge nurse. Working on the floor is very challenging. There are times that admissions to the floor get really crazy. A patient is on the way to the floor and the room isn't even ready. Here comes Ruth and she just helped with getting rid of dirty linen so housekeeping can clean right away.

Ruth is a very knowledgeable, competent charge nurse who is an excellent resource person in ICC. She is very reliable and works above and beyond to help each nurse. You need a bed, IV pump, poles, etc.; you name it, Ruth is always ready to help. She makes life easier during her shifts.
