Morgan was my daytime nurse throughout my 3-day stay for seizure observation. I came in from the emergency room very confused and scared and Morgan worked tirelessly not only on my medical care but also on keeping me calm and explaining the situation and what I could expect. Despite having several patients who required significant attention, Morgan always made me feel like my care was a priority. Morgan was always at my bedside when I came around from my episodes, her warmth, kindness, confidence, and professionalism always made me feel safe and helped me recover quickly and with minimal stress.
Additionally, Morgan's attention to detail and willingness to go beyond expectations got me through my stay much more quickly, she stayed on top of info for my doctors, stayed in contact with my EEG tech, both on and off-site, and even ran for meds I needed when runners were unavailable at one point. She never made it feel like this was a burden for her, she was always kind. Finally, Morgan's reassuring demeanor and great sense of compassion and humor were critical for helping my partner and me deal with this frightening experience. Every time Morgan entered the room, we were relieved and comforted.
