I was a patient at St. Anthony Hospital on the 5th floor and the 3rd floor for two and a half weeks. I just really want to compliment Carla Hosey, my case manager. After my skiing accident, she arranged for my car to be picked up at the Loveland ski area and returned to the rental car company in Denver. She also arranged for someone to pick up my skis and boots in the hospital and returned to my ski locker in Idaho Springs. Carla also arranged for my luggage in Idaho Springs to be retrieved and brought to my hospital room. We discovered that my Power of Attorney was not updated, and payroll for my employees was due, so my operations manager had checks overnighted to a FedEx office where Carla went and picked them up and brought them to my hospital room where I could sign them. Carla then overnighted them back to Nashville. She is a wonderful, pleasant person and was so helpful and efficient and kind that she made the whole ordeal more bearable.
