Michael has an impeccable set of bedside manners. He started his shift as a friendly nurse, not stand-offish at all. I could tell that he was being genuine. I needed some patient care items that I know that I could have gotten from the PCT and he had other patients that he should have been medicating and/or attending to, but he was relentless about going to o retrieve the items for me. I also was in a lot of pain and not once did he say you have a next available dose in x number of hours, he went and retrieved warm blankets to ease the pain. He also allowed me to walk around but informed me of the new rules. He also exemplifies what I ascertain to be the core values of HonorHealth. I have been utilizing this facility since 2008, so I am an expert on rules, values, and regulations.
