Andrea was caring and compassionate, always making us feel at home and cared for during our two-week stay in the NICU. Unable to hold our baby, Andrea found ways to help us bond as a family. If there was ever a time we couldn't be there, I never worried about him. Andrea would call just to let us know he was doing well and provide us with updates. When we were emotional or stressed out, her cheerful personality helped us laugh and feel hopeful. We always felt confident that he was in a clean and safe environment and informed of his current status and plan of care.
Not only was she wonderful to our family, but we also observed Andrea being an awesome coworker, always willing to lend a hand to her fellow nurses. She was nonstop with zero complaints, just happy doing what she loved during her entire shift.
Thank you for exceeding our expectations, Andrea. We will forever be grateful for your help during this trying time.
