There are too many situations to list just one. Elisa works very hard at her own job while being aware of when others need assistance. She is always offering help and is willing to teach and share her knowledge. She has a gentle approach to her co-workers as well as patients.

Elisa often sees kids who are scared and anxious, but she is able to calm down both kids and parents with her demeanor. She is soft-spoken, but is knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. The mom of one patient brings Elisa a coffee when she brings her child in for a visit. She is very much valued and appreciated by her patients!

Elisa has been in Pediatrics for 3 years. She is very dedicated to her patients. She keeps a smile at all times, even if the situation is a little tricky to keep the patient calm. She is always available at a moment's notice if the patient or parent has questions. Recently we had a young man who has a chronic illness and is usually sent to the hospital for fluids and hydration. Elisa was able to keep the child here by placing an IV and monitoring him in the office. Elisa is a valuable part of this team.
