Danielle is frequently recognized by her co-workers and supervisors as being a great team player, showing attention to detail and always having a positive attitude. She never backs down from a challenge and has recently covered as house supervisor for psychiatry without any hesitation.
Danielle focuses on safety, both for her patients and co-workers each shift she works. Recently a co-worker stated, "Whenever Danielle is here, I feel confident that my safety, as well as that of the patients, is a top priority. She communicates intelligently, specifically and effectively. I feel safer when she is here."
Danielle always gives 110% at work. She is involved in the unit safety workgroup, staffing workgroup and is a member of the Unit Based Council. Danielle is constantly looking for ways she can improve the department she works for and the care we provide to our patients. She takes those ideas and implements them and gets others excited as well. Danielle is a great nurse and a great leader.
