I was present when my mom became unruly and demanding due to pain from surgery. Rosemary had to change her diaper twice, draw blood from collapsing veins, order pain medications after consulting with the doctor, and answer all my questions and my mom's questions and complaints about her pain over the course of 45 minutes.
When my mom said she was somewhat rude to Rosemary, Rosemary said, "That's ok. I'm here to serve."
I have to report the positive attitude of Rosemary and her willingness to serve is outstanding.
