The patient had colon surgery and stayed in the hospital for almost a week. Jessica was his nurse for the first two days. The patient and his wife who stayed with him stated that Jessica was nice and had a bubbly personality. Jessica always had encouraging words to say to her patient, a positive attitude, was very efficient and attentive to her job. The patient and his whole family liked her.

Jessica was the most helpful and pleasant nurse I have come across. Jessica helped me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained my medication and gave them on time. Jessica went above and beyond to make my girlfriend comfortable while she stayed with me. Jessica's cheerfulness and her enthusiasm made me feel safe and very comfortable. Jessica respected my privacy and knocked upon entering my room and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Jessica talked to my doctor and he adjusted my pain medication. Jessica's nursing care was awesome! Thank you, Jessica!

From the time I was admitted till the present time, Jessica has gone over and above her call of duty. Jessica has shown that the career she has chosen is by far her best decision that she has ever made in her early adulthood. Being a patient here at La Paz Regional Hospital and hearing that I will not be given anything to eat until further notice was devasting. Day 1 was hard enough. Day 2 and 3 Jessica gave me the strength to overcome. Day 4 I was finally given by Jessica beef broth, Jell-O, and grape juice. I felt like it was steak. Without Jessica, I would have probably checked out already. Jessica has the professionalism that shines and radiates upon patients and staff that is very visible. Jessica by far deserves all the awards available.
