As a family, we have spent a lot of time experiencing care at different hospitals and from different nurses for my mother. I can also say that while we have always experienced a level of expertise, never have we seen a nurse with the superb expertise and compassion of Betsy. In a critical situation with a lot of questions and fears, Betsy took the time to comfort us, answer our questions with confidence and always be just a call button away. We spent a lot of time in the ICU, 24 Hours a day for a week, but not because we didn't trust the care given to my mother.
