Paula Edwards makes a significant difference in each patient's life that she cares for. She takes time to listen to her patients and gives them the opportunity to ask questions or voice concerns. She is a steadfast advocate for her patients and communicates their needs to the nursing staff. She goes above and beyond to assist a patient no matter how big or small the task. Paula takes her job seriously; she leads by example and exhibits a professional manner in all that she does. She is empathetic with all of her patients and treats them with respect and ensures that their dignity is maintained. Even in the most stressful and difficult situations, Paula demonstrates a calm manner and performs her job with grace.
With her coworkers, Paula is flexible, compassionate and is willing to help in any way that she can. She seems to have boundless energy. She has an excellent sense of humor that will brighten any day and lighten even the lowest mood. The staff truly enjoys walking onto the floor knowing that Paula is on duty and will get the job done.
