My family and I would like to thank the wonderful staff of the ER. My mother visited the emergency room a few days ago and while there she received top care. Staff worked quickly at providing the medical attention she needed. And although she was transported to another medical facility we are blessed for the quality medical care she received from First Health at Hoke County. I would like to also recognize her bedside ER nurse "Mr. Nathan". He was so amazing! He had the best personality and medical knowledge. He was Wonderful!

My mother was treated in the ER at the Hoke County campus. She recently had surgery and continued to have concerns that something just wasn't right. After multiple trips and phone calls to her medical provider, she found herself still in pain and without any rest. So when the pain became unbearable and her tolerance and patience for the medical field were going thin, along came Nathan, RN who make her feel like she was the only patient in the hospital. Nathan proved that nursing is far more than administering medications. Nathan proved that there are multiple definitions for Caring. Nathan's humbleness, down to earth personality, promptness of care, care to the mental, the emotional and physical state were key factors in the reassurance my mother felt during her visit. I was honored to know that the care she received was Awesome and to say that I am part of the FirstHealth family. Thank you, Nathan, for being the nurse I strive to be.
