I was in the front lobby and a visitor got off the elevator. He was elderly and on a walker. He was so unstable; I actually jumped up to help him. Shain was there and he tried to get a wheelchair and take him to his vehicle. The man refused the wheelchair. He told Shain he knew he was busy and he would be ok by himself. Shain told him he had nothing to do and he could walk with him. Shain went right along with this man to his truck and made sure he was ok, that gentleman was really unsteady. I feel like Shain showed what a great nurse he is and it let me see just how dedicated he is to observe not only his patients but visitors here too.
