Ginny, thank you for taking such good care of us during such a long, and still ongoing, battle- which you have truly been a part of. It brings me comfort whenever I hear your voice on the other end of the phone because I know you're trying and doing the very best you can to help my husband. You always have the answer we need; and if you don't, you find it and get right back to us. I'm so grateful to you for all you have done and continue to do during this long, hard journey we are traveling.
Ginny, you've got, and have never lost, that human touch. You know and are exceptional at your profession, but where you surpass that is with your genuine caring and empathy for patients like us, who need it so badly.
