During one shift, David had just received a new patient and had gotten them settled. He also had another patient that pretty much needed one-on-one care and was requiring a lot of attention. The floor was getting multiple admissions and David stepped up and took one of the incoming patients even when it was not his turn. This new patient also required extra attention and care time. David had to give multiple reports and ended up having to stay late to ensure each patient's care was completed.
David goes above and beyond to be a team player. He always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face, no matter what. He is appreciated by his entire team!
