I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much I appreciate all the time and effort Jenny Ratts-Harrison has spent with me to complete the OBGYN documentation project. She has spent countless hours (many on her own time) reviewing the current documentation screens and making changes so the I could develop the new screens in a way that makes their documentation more efficient, allowing them to spend more time with their patients. Together we developed and changed more than 40 assessments and 13 care plans, and when I asked her how much this has saved them in documentation time she told me 75%. Without her help, I would not have been able to complete this project in the time frame that I did.
She has gone above and beyond with not only helping to develop the new assessments but also training the nurses in the department. She is an amazing and caring employee and her patients and MMH are lucky to have her.
