Each moment Greta was with us during her shifts she was so gentle and caring and compassionate, and helped us so much with all of our needs.

One example of this that stands out to me is when I was very tired and needed to go to the bathroom. She came with me and helped me walk, and I felt very embarrassed after finishing going because I left the bathroom a whole mess. She told me not to worry, and that that is why she was there. Right away she started cleaning everything. I couldn’t believe it. I felt so grateful and moved by her compassion and humility.

Greta has been our night shift Nurse now for 2 babies in a row. She was also with our first, just 16 months ago, when I first met her. When I came into the Post-Partum area just after having our baby and saw her there, all of my worries, fears and uncertainty just went away. I was so happy to see her. She remembered us right away, even our names! She again has been so wonderful with us.
