I was an observation-unit patient who required a colonoscopy. Terry was excellent in communicating procedure information in a clear manner without excessive wordiness or technical language. He was chatty enough to be friendly but maintained professionalism. Pre and post-procedure, he was compassionate in attitude, providing comfort options, and information and arrangements.
