Casey has not only cared for my brother, who has Down’s Syndrome and cannot understand what’s going on, with gentle kindness but she has promptly suggested ways to make him more comfortable and taken action to ensure cooperation from other departments like respiratory therapy and radiology. She has brought students to the room to teach, but has gone well above to make sure my brother is touched and treated with dignity. She has vast knowledge and really tries to keep us keenly informed!
