Nurse Jennifer Schoolcraft exhibited the highest degree of professionalism during my prep for a cardiac procedure. Her mannerisms were calming during a stressful period prior to my procedure. She was compassionate and understanding. I am most thankful she provided the care needed prior my procedure.
