Although my husband's stay was brief, Tara was polite, professional, and managed the situations with her great organizational skills and take-charge attitude. She immediately addressed the issues we had and was polite and friendly. She showed compassion but yet clearly let us know how things worked in your process and provided options.
Tara recognized the importance of our disappointment of care and listened to my husband with respect. Tara thought enough ahead of time to make sure my husband could get his medications before the pharmacy we regularly use closed and made sure we were not rushed for our 67-mile trip home to get his medication. We appreciated her personality and abilities.
