Laurel has been caring for our son for the past 5 days. She is always been so sweet and helpful. I was upset over the outcome of my son's care and she was able to calm me down to explain to me what the doctor just explained to me. She was so kind as to answer my questions. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything. She showed me and my son what a nurse should do on any given time with so many patients to take care of. Laurel showed us compassion and concern to help with our issues.
