It is with great pleasure that I write you this letter. I have been a patient since Sunday, February 28th and as of yet I don’t know what is wrong. What I do know for sure is that what Cindy RN has you can’t teach in nursing school. She has been just as important as the medicine and the doctors. The sincerity in her voice, the way she explains things, her caring attitude and “loving” heart. I know she is one of God’s angels on this Earth taking care of people. She has impacted my life with her care. She is truly as asset to this hospital and to this community. I have encountered many nurses in a few hospitals and I have NEVER encountered one like Cindy! One would ask how could a nurse deal with difficult patients (myself included) day in and day out deliver such great care as I did. The answer is “passion”. Cindy works out of passion. That is the thing that can’t be taught in any profession. In closing, I just want you to know that Cindy has been phenomenal, exceptional, outstanding, incredible, fantastic, remarkable and very unforgettable. Thank you for hiring Cindy, a real jewel.
