I am writing this to let you know what a great staff of nurses you have at PMH. Nancy was a very caring, knowledgeable night nurse and she doesn't waste a minute on her shift. She made sure I was comfortable and answered my call light immediately. Barb was also an excellent nurse and was so caring. The nurses were all very well trained as to how to handle my care with my injuries and what I could and could not do. Stacy and Kelli were excellent at giving me my daily cares and understanding my needs! The entire staff including social services, physical therapy (Kristine), Occupational therapy (Lisa and Tory) helped me in so many ways to prepare me to go home.
The food was wonderful and plentiful. Annie and Bev were very concerned I was getting good food and getting enough. I felt as though everyone was concerned with my well-being and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and they all knew what I needed when I got home.

I am writing to tell you how wonderful it was to have our loved one at Pioneer Memorial! During her stay at Sanford, we were apprehensive as a family to leave her alone at all! There were many things we just were concerned about as a whole.
The care she received while at PMH was absolutely top-notch! Everyone was very accommodating to her and us as a family. Her well-being and how to care of her in the best way possible were always in the minds of all of everyone. We never thought twice about leaving her alone as we knew she was getting outstanding care! The nursing staff was upper! I have not worked there now for several years but felt as if they all treated me like they knew me and always answered questions and greeted me with a smile. They keep me very updated on all of her cares she was receiving. I feel you have a tremendous staff that you should be very proud of!
I would also like to thank her therapists, Lisa and her student, and Kristine for keeping me in the loop and communicating with me. Watching them work with her was amazing! They are very good at what they do.
The cleanliness of the facility and her room did not go unnoticed either and she could not quit talking about how wonderful the food was.
Sherry in Social Services has been great to work with regarding tracking down/calling a company about the life alert system that I could not locate and gave me other options that were available.
Thank you again for all the loving care and concern you all showed for our loved one! I want to commend PMH as a whole for being such an excellent facility!
