We wanted to express our gratitude for the exceptional care we had from Toni. She went out of her way to help us when there was some confusion between doctors. She is very hands-on and makes the patient feel comforted and secure. We were so appreciative of all of her efforts. I even saw her care for a very sick man who groaned repeatedly he was so ill, and she was so good with him. We hope her excellence in nursing is recognized. She is a good representation of all of your nursing staff.
